Belly Fat Reduction.
A lot of people out there struggle with this and have been asking so I’m going to break it down a bit.
This is why we accumulate belly fat. Applying the laws of thermodynamics we must be eating more ‘energy’ than we need which results in the excess being stored (increased body fat stores)
But why does it end up on my belly and not being evenly distributed?
This is due to hormonal balance, more testosterone, lower estrogen. Also things like food intolerance’s can contribute but genetics are the main cause.
How do I get rid of it?
Just quietly, there’s no magic pill or powder, if there was everyone would have it.
You have to first create an energy deficit (eat less than you need) forcing the body to use it’s stored energy.
To accelerate fat loss from your abdomen area, you’d have to look at your hormonal profile and do some work on that.
